Old adages such as this one, remind us that with all the stressors happening daily in life to go back to the basic life necessities. Sleep is the one constant everyone shares. We all do it, need it and indeed we should find more moments to enjoy it. If you are contemplating staying out on the town a little longer, fighting your tired mind to work a little longer on a project or simply engaged in some extra screen time…think twice before you continue on with your plan. It may cause havoc on your immune system or impair your decision making ability.
So remember that when you have plenty of sleep and rest, you are more equipped to handle opportunities that arise and take advantage of them.
